Ashley went out of the way to help change out my room to a higher floor. When I first checked in- I was placed on a floor with a direct view of the hotel roof making the room extremely hot and noisy. I called and Ashley was able to accommodate my request and offered to change my room to the 16th floor. I expressed my disappointment in the current room and she understood my frustration. So kudos Ashley for excellent customer service!

The staff was very polite and accommodating and the views were excellent. The room was very clean. I especially loved the option to valet my vehicle.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate with all the amenites and a wonderful and luxurious shower. I loved it. The food was pricey but delicious! Room service was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this wonderful property to everyone.

Distance to venue was great. The view was excellent and the bedding was super comfy (not enough pillows though, especially for a $$$ hotel).

The room was clean & for one of the very first times in alllllll my travels, I did NOT find a long dark hair in the room! The view was phenomenal & the amenities were special. Wish I had more of the body wash & lotion. Loved the duo in the lobby performing after The Jimmy Buffett concert! The security was plentiful & on top of the crowd! SO glad they stopped a drunk girl climbing the wall sculpture by the bathrooms! The serving staff at SiX was excellent, as well as the staff in lobby who accommodated my 82 year old Mom & I with decaf Irish coffee's. Very nice! The decorations in the lobby were magical....💫

This hotel is stunning and the location is amazing, literally right next door to the concert venue. All the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, professional, and very eager to please. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious and beautifully decorated. The mattress was fantastic-moderately firm support with pillow top comfort. Our floor to ceiling windows yielded a gorgeous view of the pool, rooftop bar, Amalie Center, downtown skyline, and Tampa Bay. I had a very smooth, well-crafted margarita and nice charcuterie board in the first floor lounge. There is also a market in the spacious lobby that sells coffee, pastries and other breakfast items. This was a splurge, but worth the price for the luxury and location. I hope to return one day!!

The breakfast was delicious. However, it was supposed to be included in my reservation (from Tablet Hotels), but they made me pay.
